End this week and begin the next with a playful but deep series of meditations. This is not your average meditation: we will flow quickly from one technique to another, using a multi-pronged approach: activating the senses, subtly challenging the body and proprioceptive ability, engaging with creative visualizations, feeding of collective energy and silently observing the workings of our own mind.
While it might sound complex, this combination is actually suitable for beginners (as well as more seasoned practioners). By exposing you to a wide swathe of techniques, this session will provide an opportunity to discover which particular techniques resonate with you most and merit deeper exploration.
This session will be facilitated by Qusai Kathawala, a longtime meditator, yoga teacher and explorer of the new. He is here in Bangalore for the weekend and we want to make the best use of his time.
