“Any major dude with half a heart will tell you..” that Cupcakes are the gateway drug to the DIY universe.
Possibly the simplest of cakes, they were sometimes called “number cakes” back in the 18th century when they were invented, because they were easy to remember by the measurements of ingredients it took to create them: One cup of butter, two cups of sugar, three cups of flour, four eggs, one cup of milk and a spoonful of soda.
Some of the best of these minimal effort, maximum leverage delicacies have come from the Gathr team’s *favouritest* user, Seema. This careful optimization isn’t entirely surprising, given Seema’s training in Mathematics at IIT Bombay some decades back. She now spreads greenery across living rooms, lobbies and indoor spaces with beautiful ceramic potted plants. (Ask her to show you one when you’re here!)
This Saturday, come and learn how to make healthy wholewheat muffins with minimally processed ingredients and minimal effort. Go back home with three delicious batches of cupcakes of the red velvet, banana walnut and choco chip varieties. We have an eggless version as well - the mouthwateringly named raisin banana carrot cupcake.
If it still seemed slightly threatening, this workshop is most suitable for beginners and lazy chefs.
Psst.. All ingredients are provided.
